"Got help fast when I needed it"

"Skates felt right again"
Had my skates sharpened through Usaskateshop and they came back feeling really solid. I don’t know what was going on with them before, but I was getting that weird slip on turns and it was driving me nuts. First skate after the sharpen felt clean, edges were even, and I didn’t have to think about it. I’m kind of picky about this stuff too, so that was a nice surprise. Quick and easy, no complaints. I’d use them again.

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
I don’t know, the checkout process was just more annoying than it needed to be. I went to pay and the payment failed for some reason, so I had to try again, and it did eventually go through, but still, having to do it twice was frustrating.

"Everything showed up just like I ordered it"
I got my order from usaskateshop.com it was exactly what I was expecting. The size, color, and bearings were all the same as what I picked in my cart, so I’m assuming they actually pay attention when packing orders. Nothing was missing or swapped out, which is always a relief. Simple, smooth experience overall.

"Sizing felt off to me"
I ordered my usual skate size, but these showed up feeling way tighter than I expected. I did look at the size chart before buying, so I figured I’d be fine, but maybe it’s just my feet or this particular pair.

Shipping was totally fine and the skates looked decent out of the box, but the fit made them tough to actually use. I can’t say for sure if the sizing is off for everyone, but it definitely didn’t work for me, and now I have to deal with an exchange.

"Pretty painless size exchange"
I had to swap for a different size and, you know, totally fine, very calm situation. The return instructions were clear enough, and the exchange went through without any big hassle. It took a few days, which I definitely handled with complete patience, but there weren’t any real issues.

"Good skate setup, just needed a quick tweak"
I got my skates from usaskateshop the assembly was solid. The trucks were mounted straight, and the wheels spun fine right out of the box.
The only thing was one truck felt a little too tight for me, so I had to loosen it up a bit. It wasn’t a big deal though. Overall, I’m happy with the setup and I’d order from them again.

"Doesn’t feel totally legit"
I’m not saying for sure it’s fake, but something about it just doesn’t sit right with me. I’d rather not risk wasting my money or getting stuck dealing with a hassle, so I’m staying away for now

"Skates showed up in great shape"
I got my skates the other day and I was mostly just excited to try them on, so I didn’t think too much about the box at first. After opening everything up and checking them over, though, I noticed there weren’t any dents, loose parts, or anything rattling around. The padding was actually really good and it felt like they took the time to pack them properly instead of just tossing them in. Overall, happy with how they arrived.

"Finally found the skates I wanted"
I’d been trying to find this specific pair of skates for a while, everywhere else was either sold out or only had, like, the random leftover sizes. Usaskateshop actually had my size in stock, which was a nice surprise.

Ordering was easy too, and the stock info seemed to be accurate, so there wasn’t that annoying follow-up email saying they couldn’t fulfill it. Overall, yeah, I’m happy with the purchase and I’d probably check them again next time

"Showed up when they said it would"
Ordered my skates from Usaskateshop and I’m always a little skeptical when sites use that super polished “fast reliable shipping” kind of wording, but this one actually went fine. The tracking was straightforward, updated when the order shipped, and I could see when it was out for delivery. Box arrived on the exact day it was supposed to, no weird delays or runaround. Happy with the order and I’d use them again

"Ended up finding the perfect skates"
I only meant to have a quick look, but I got a bit carried away because there were way more skates than I expected. The different brands and sizes were easy to compare, so I can’t really blame myself for spending longer than planned. Ended up finding the exact pair I wanted. Really nice selection overall.

My order showed up with a small sizing problem, and I’ll admit I immediately assumed support was going to drag it out or try to make it my fault somehow. But they actually got back to me fast and fixed it without any back-and-forth hassle. Ended up being way easier than I expected, so I’m happy with how they handled it.
